V = 1/3 πr2h

where V = 142

h = 8.5

142 = 1/3 πr2(8.5)

multiply both sides by 3

426 = πr2(8.5)

divide both sides by 8.5π

r2 = 426/(8.5π)

r2 = 15.9529

Take the square root of both sides

r = 4

Answer: B
