x = 1/3 y -------------- eqn(1)

154 - 4y = 10x ----------- eqn(2)

from eqn(1), y = 3x ---------- eqn(3)

substitute y = 3x into eqn(2)

154 - 4(3x) = 10x

154 - 12x = 10x

154 = 10x + 12x

154 = 22x

x = 154/22

x = 7

Substitute the value of x into eqn(3)

y = 3(7)

y = 21

(7, 21)

Answer: D
